We then identify the most relevant programmes, design the consortium (if required), scout partners, and lead the full proposal writing and submission. Each step is aligned with the evaluation criteria of the specific call to maximise competitiveness.

To begin, we only need a clear description of your technology, your objectives, and any deadlines you are targeting. From there, we take over the heavy lifting — call mapping, partner scouting, coordinator engagement, proposal writing, budgeting and submission. You stay focused on your core work while we manage the process.
Timelines depend on the programme, but we adapt to your deadline.
Standard timelines range from 2-4 weeks for strategic assessments, 4–8 weeks for consortium building, and 8–24 weeks for full proposal writing. If your deadline is shorter, we can compress the timeline where possible and explain any required surcharges in advance. Our goal is always to deliver a complete, competitive proposal on time.
